Order Returns

Yes. We accept returns for non-defective items as long as they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags still on. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

To start a return, simply email support@ruffletee.com. Please include your full name, order number, proof of purchase (a screenshot of your order details), and the reason for the return. For damaged or defective items, a photo or video can help speed up the process.

You have up to 30 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return request.

If a replacement is available, we’ll ship it free of charge. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
