What’s Protected: This includes original works (Copyrights), brand identifiers (Trademarks), and control over personal image (Publicity Rights).

If you believe someone is using your intellectual property unfairly on our platform, please let us know. Send an email to support@ruffletee.com with “IP Report” as the subject. To help us investigate quickly, please include:

• A clear description of what specific work (image, text, logo, etc.) is being infringed.
• The exact web address (URL) on our site where you found the infringing material.
• Documentation or other proof that you are the rightful owner of the intellectual property.
• Your name, email address, and phone number so we can contact you.
• A statement explaining why you believe this constitutes infringement.
• Confirmation that you are the owner of the rights or have the authority to act on their behalf.

What We’ll Do: We will carefully review your report and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content in question. We’ll also notify you about the steps we’ve taken.

Your Stuff Got Taken Down?

If we removed your content because of an intellectual property claim, and you believe this was an error, you can send us a counter-notice. Please email it to support@ruffletee.com and include:

• A precise description of the content that was removed and its original location (URL) on our platform.
• A statement explaining why you believe the removal was a mistake or a case of misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, along with your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your district (or a similar court if you’re outside the U.S.).
• Your electronic or physical signature.

We will then forward your counter-notice to the party who made the initial claim.
